We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist, with the opportunity to be cross-trained as a Veterinary Assistant. Key Responsibilities

  • ​Greeting clients and managing a busy reception area
  • Handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing records efficiently
  • Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Cross-training opportunities to assist veterinarians with basic animal care and procedures

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Clear and professional communication with clients and team members
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration preferred; veterinary experience is a plus but not required
